How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so through the Pay Portal. Log in to your account using the username and password that you received when signing up for the Pay Portal. From there, click on "My Profile" in the top right corner of the screen. On the My Profile page, click on "Account Settings" in the left column. In the Account Settings page, under "Password," enter your current password and click on "Change Password." You will then be prompted to select a new password and confirm it.
How to Manage Your Payment Profile
If you have a payment account with Pay Portal, and want to manage your profile and make payments, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the website or app.
2. Click on My Profile at the top of the page.
3. On the My Profile page, click on Payment Profiles (in some cases this may be called Payments).
4. On the Payment Profiles page, you will see all of your current payment profiles. Each profile has different settings and information. For example, one profile may be for regular bill payments, and another for donations. You can also create new payment profiles by clicking on the green Create New Profile button.
5. To change a setting for a profile, such as billing address or credit card type, click on the corresponding row in the table below and then enter the new information in the appropriate fields. Be sure to save your changes before proceeding to step 6.
