1. From any computer in the community, open the resident portal.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click your name.
3. On the My Accounts page, under Manage my account, click Login.
4. Enter your username and password, and then click Log In.
How to add or edit your profile
If you are a Pavilion Townplace resident, you can login to your account to update your profile and view recent activity. To login, click the link in the email you received when you registered for Pavilion Townplace. If you have forgotten your login information, click "Forgot your password?" below your profile picture to find out how to reset it.
How to view or change your password
To view or change your password, please follow these steps:
1) Log in to the Pavilion Townplace Resident Portal.
2) Click on the "Your Account" tab.
3) On the "Your Account" tab, you will see a field called "Password". In this field, you can enter your current password or change it to a new one.

If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Password" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
