How to create an account
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Patient Portal. This will allow you to access all of the resources and information available on the Patient Portal. To create an account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click the Account link on the main menu of the Patient Portal.
2. On the Account page, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Create Account button to create your account.
Login options
If you don't have an account yet, create one now. You can also use your login information to sign in to other parts of the website.

How to access your records
If you have registered with the Patient Portal, you can access your records by logging in. To log in, please enter your Patient Portal user name and password below. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact them at (902) 693-7525.
If you are not registered with the Patient Portal, you can still access your records by contacting their office.
Requesting a copy of your medical record
If you would like a copy of your medical record, please follow these steps:
1. Request a copy of your medical record by completing the Request for Medical Records form.
2. Complete and submit the request to your doctor or health care provider.
3. Your doctor or health care provider will then send you a copy of your medical record.
How to change your password
If you have ever forgotten your Whitehorse Medical password, or if you just want to change it, there are a few simple steps to follow. First, log in to the Patient Portal and click on the “My Account” link in the top menu bar. You will then be prompted to enter your user name and password. Once you have logged in, click on the “Change Password” link in the header of your account page. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your new password. Make sure that you remember this new password because you will need it to access your account again if you ever need to reset it.
