What is Patient Portal?
Patient Portal is an online portal that allows patients to access their health information, read medical reviews and comments, and communicate with their doctors.
Logging In: To login to your Patient Portal account, use your email address and password. Your email address is the same as your account username.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link in the login page and enter your email address and password. You will receive a message with a link to reset your password.
To view or edit your personal information on Patient Portal, click on the My Profile link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
To add a family member to your account, click on the Add Family Member link in My Profile and complete the form. You will need to provide your family member's name, email address, and password.
To manage your bookmarks on Patient Portal, click on the Bookmarks link in My Profile. You will be prompted to save your current bookmark list to your computer before you can delete them.
