If you have not shared your account, please follow the steps below to create a new account.
First, click the link in the email we sent to you when you signed up for Patient Portal.
On the page that opens, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click “Sign In”.
You will be asked to choose a password. Keep this password confidential - it is used only for Patient Portal and will not be used for any other site. Once you have entered your password, click “Sign In” again.
Now you are logged in to your Patient Portal account!
