How to login to the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a website where patients can access their health information and medical records.
To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the Home page of the Patient Portal.
2. Enter your patient ID number (found on your ID card or driver's license) into the login form field and click the "Login" button.
3. Your user name will be automatically generated for you and will be in lowercase letters with a @ symbol preceding it. You will also be prompted to enter your password.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Patients section of the website where you can view your medical records, contact your doctor or nurse team, and more.
How to access your account
