How to login to Patient Portal GMU

If you are a new patient, please follow the link below to view their new patient forms. These forms will help us to keep track of your medical history and current health conditions. How to create a Patient Profile
\ nIf you have not already created a patient profile, please follow these steps:
1. Click on "My Account" on the main navigation bar.
2. In the "My Account" page, click on "View Profile."
3. Complete the required fields and click on "Save."
4. Log in to your account by entering your user name and password in the login fields on the "My Account" page.
5. If you are a first-time visitor, please create a new patient profile. You will need to provide your name, email address, contact information (such as telephone number), and selecting whether you would like to receive email notifications about upcoming appointments or educational events related to your health condition (this is optional). Click on the "Create Profile" button to begin.
How to find your Doctor
If you are new to the Patient Portal, or have forgotten your login information, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log In" link on the main navigation bar.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
3. If you have more than one doctor, select the doctor you would like to view your records with from the drop-down menu near the top of the page. Your selected doctor will appear in blue text next to his/her name on all other pages on the portal.
4. To view your medical history, click on "My Medical History." This will take you to a page that displays all of your visits to Gmu over the past six months. You can also click on individual dates to jump straight to that visit's detailed information.
How to order medication
If you are a Gmu patient and need to order medication, there are several ways to do so. One way is to go to the Patient Portal and click on the 'Order Medications' link on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can enter your name, email address, and insurance information. You can also select which medications you would like to order. After you have entered all of your information, click on the 'Submit Order' button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to confirm your order. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to the pharmacy for processing. How to bill GMU
If you are a patient at GMU and need to bill your health care provider, the easiest way to do this is through the patient portal. To sign in, first go to the Patient Portal home page and click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner. Enter your username and password, and then click on the "Log In" button. You will now be taken to the Billing page. On this page, you can select the health care provider from which you would like to bill, and then fill out your billing information. Once you have completed this process, click on the "Submit Billing Form" button below. Your health care provider will receive your billing information through the patient portal, and will be able to submit it directly to Medicare or Medicaid if required.
