Login to the Passport Collaboration Portal
Click Login on the top right corner of the portal.
Enter your email address and password in the login form.
You will be taken to the home page of the portal.
Access your account
To access your account login to passportcollaboration.com and enter your user name and password.
Click on the "My Account" tab and you will be able to view all of your activity within the portal, including your current projects, collaborators, and tasks.

Add a collaborator
If you don't have a Passport account, create one now. Once you have an account, log in and follow these steps to add a collaborator:
1. In the navigation bar at the top of the page, click on "Settings"
2. Under " Collaborators ," click on "Add Collaborator."
3. Enter the collaborator's email address and password, and then click on "Log In."
4. The collaborator will be prompted to accept your invitation, and they will be added to the list of collaborators on your blog.

Control access to your documents
When you travel, it can be difficult to keep track of your passport and other travel documents. With a passport collaboration portal, you can control access to your documents and share them with others in your travel group.
To create a password-protected passport collaboration portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Passport Collaboration Portal website and sign in.
2. Click on the My Portal link in the left navigation bar.
3. On the My Portal page, click on the Settings tab.
4. Under Authentication Methods, select Password From Group Members.
5. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to be able to access the portal using their passwords. You can also add other members of your travel group by clicking on Add Member and entering their addresses.
6. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
7. To view or edit the passwords for your group members, go to My Portal > Members and enter each member's password in the appropriate field.
Delete your collaborator
If you want to delete your collaborator, follow these steps:
1. From the Passport Collaboration Portal home screen, select Settings.
2. Under Collaborators, click on the name of the collaborator you want to delete.
3. On the Delete Collaborator page, click on Delete.

To login to your Passport Collaboration Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the Passport Collaboration Portal in your web browser.
2. Click the Login link in the top-left corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click the Log In button to log in and start collaborating with your teammates.
Request sharing privileges with collaborators
If you would like to request sharing privileges with collaborators, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your passport collaboration portal account.
2. Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the page and select "Settings".
3. On the "Sharing Settings" page, click on the "Add collaborator" button.
4. Enter all of the collaborator's information (email address, name, password) and click on the "Submit" button.
5. You will now be able to see which collaborators have access to your content and settings. To grant sharing privileges to a collaborator, simply select their username from the list and click on the "Grant access" button.

Passport Collaboration Portal is a government collaboration portal that lets agencies share passport information. Login to the portal using your agency's login credentials.
