What is the Participant Portal?
The Participant Portal is a secure, online portal that allows you to manage your account, view your activity and achievements, and connect with other participants. You can also access important information about the study, including their clinical research agreement and protocol.
To login to the Participant Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to participantportal.com and sign in. If you have registered for the study, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have not registered for the study yet, you will need to create a new account.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "Study Information," click "Login." You will be asked to enter your username and password again. Once you have logged in, you will see the "My Profile" screen.
3. Under "My Profile," click "Activity." This screen will show your latest activity and achievements, as well as any messages that have been sent to you from study staff.

How to login to the Participant Portal
If you are a participant, you can access the Participant Portal by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Participant Portal website. If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking on “Login” at the top of any page on the website.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click “Log In” to confirm your login information.
4. You will now be able to access all of the resources and tools available on the Participant Portal.
What are my options for logging in?
Your options for logging in to the Participant Portal are:
1) Use your username and password from when you registered for the course.
2) Use your email address and password from when you registered for the course.
3) Use your unique course identifier (UUID).
Restrictions on accessing my account
If you have forgotten your password, or if you've had your password compromised, we urge you to change it immediately by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen. You will need your email address and the last 4 digits of your social security number to do this. Once you have logged in, click on "My Account" in the main navigation bar and then "Password Change." If you have not changed your password since last logging in, enter your email address and the last 4 digits of your social security number in the appropriate fields and click on "Create New Password." Please remember to remember this new password!

How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address and your new password.
Lost or stolen username or password
If you have lost or forgotten your username or password, you can login to the Participant Portal using the instructions below. If you have a lost or stolen password, please contact customer service at 1-866-243-8255 to retrieve it.
Changing your email address
If you have ever changed your email address, you may need to login to the Participant Portal to update your account information. To login, follow these steps:
Step One: Go to Participant Portal.
Step Two: In the top right corner of the screen, click on My Account.
Step Three: In the My Account screen, under Email Address, enter the new email address.
Step Four: Click Update Profile.
Changing your contact information
If you have ever changed your contact information on their website, or you are just updating your information, please follow these steps to login and update your information.
Changing your billing information
If you have registered for a course and have not logged in, it is easy to do. Follow these steps:
1. In the course catalog, find the course you registered for and click on it.
2. On the left navigation bar, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, click on "Registrations."
4. In the Registrations list, find your registration number and click on it.
5. On the Billing Information page, under "Registration Details" click on "Log In."
6. Enter yourusername and password in the appropriate boxes and click on "Log In."
7. You will be taken to the Login Page where you can enter your email address and password to log in again or create a new account if you have not done so before.
Cancelling or altering a subscription
If you need to cancel or alter a subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the participant portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the header menu.
3. Under "Subscriptions," click on the subscription you would like to cancel or alter.
4. On the "Subscription Settings" page, click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Alter Subscription."
