How to login to Park Central Resident Portal
If you're a resident at Park Central, you can log in to your account to access all the resources and services available to you. To login, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the "My Account" tab on the homepage of the portal.
Step 2: Click on the "Login" button on the right-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the "Login" button.
Now that you've logged in, you'll be able to access all your account information, including your profile, calendar events, messages, and more.
How to update your contact information
If you have recently moved or changed your contact information, you can update it on your Park Central Resident Portal. To login to your portal and update your contact information:
1. Go to http://portal.parkcentral.org/.
2. Sign in with your Park Central ID and password.
3. On the left side of the screen, under "Personal info," click "Contact info."
4. Under "Contact info.," click "Update contact info."
5. Enter your new contact information in the fields that appear. You can also add a photo if you want. Click "Update."
How to unsubscribe from their mailing list
1. Click on "Your Account" in the top right corner of their website.
2. Under "Subscriptions and Email Preferences", click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to the mailing list you would like to unsubscribe from.
3. Click on the "Submit Unsubscribe Request" button below. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
How to report a security issue
If you have a security issue with your residency at Park Central, please login to the resident portal and submit a report.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it for any reason, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Park Central Resident Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click on "Password Change."
4. Enter your current password and new password and click on "Change Password."
5. You will be prompted to confirm your new password before it is updated on the portal.
How to use the Park Central Resident Portal
If you are a Park Central Resident and have an online account, you can use the Resident Portal to manage your account, view your parking permit history, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the main page of the Park Central Resident Portal.
2. Enter your User ID and Password in the fields that appear.
3. Click "Log In."
4. Your account will be created and you will be taken to the main page of the Resident Portal.
