How to Update Your Profile
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to update your personal information on the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1) Log in to the Parent Portal.
2) Click on “Forgot Your Password?” in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3) Enter your email address, and click “ Reset My Password.”
4) If you have not yet created a parental profile on the Parent Portal, you will be prompted to do so. You will then be able to enter your name, email address, and password.
5) Click “Update Profile.” You will now be able to view and update your personal information on the Parent Portal!
