How to Login to Parent Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a child who is in school and have an HCP account, you can use the Parent Portal to manage your child's education records, attendance records, and other important information. To access the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.hcp.edu/parentportal.
2. Log in using your HCP username and password.
3. If you have more than one child in school, select the child’s name from the list on the left-hand side of the screen and click on the “Login” button next to their name.
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, click on the “My School” tab to open the My School page. Here you can view your child’s current grade level, grades earned, and other important information about your child’s school experience. You can also report any problems that you find with your child’s education at any time!

Finding Your Child's School Profile
Parent Portal is a great tool for keeping parents up-to-date on their children's school lives. Parents can login to Parent Portal to view their child's current grades, attendance, and more. Here are some tips on how to login to Parent Portal:
First, go to www.hcps.org and sign in. Then click on the "Parent Portal" link in the left navigation bar.
To sign in, you will need your child's school ID number and your email address. If you do not have these information, you can contact your child's school or visit their website to obtain this information.
Once you have entered these details, click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the screen.
You will then be taken to a secure page where you will be asked to enter your password. Once you have entered your password and clicked on the "Log In" button, you will be taken to your child's profile page.

Edit Your Child's School Profile
Parent Portal is a new website that parents and guardians can use to manage their child's school information. To login to Parent Portal, parents need to have an account and password. Here are instructions how to login:
To create an account, go to ParentPortal.eduschools.gov and click on the "Create Account" button. In the "Create Account" window, enter your name, email address, and password. Click on the "Submit" button to create your account.
Once you have created your account, you will need to enter your password in the "Password" field when you log in to Parent Portal. To log in, go to ParentPortal.eduschools.gov and click on the "Log In" button. Enter your name and email address in the "User Name" and "Email Address" fields, respectively. In the "Password" field, enter your account password. Click on the "Log In" button to log in to Parent Portal.
Now you will be able to access all of your child's school information on Parent Portal!
Register a New School Profile
If you are a parent of a student in a HCPS school, you will need to create a new school profile in order to login to the Parent Portal. To register for a new school profile, go to http://parentportal.hcps.net and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have registered for your new school profile, you will be able to login by entering your username and password in the appropriate fields on the Parent Portal home page.
Change Your Email Address or Password
To change your email address or password, go to Parent Portal and sign in. Click on the "Your Account" tab, and then select the "Email Address" or "Password" link from the list of links on the left. You can also click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link to get help resetting your password.

Change Your Phone Number
If you've ever tried to change your phone number on HCPS, you know it's a pain. Well, it doesn't have to be! Here's how to login and change your phone number:
1) First, go to the Parent Portal home page (http://www.hcps.k12.or.us).
2) Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the screen.
3) On the My Account page, click on the "Manage Phone Numbers" link in the left column.

4) In the list of phone numbers, select the number you want to change and click on the "Change Number" button in the top right corner of the screen.
5) Enter your new phone number and click on "Save." Your old phone number will be marked with an asterisk (*).
Reset your Parent Portal password
If you forgot your password, or if you need to reset it, follow these steps:
Log into your Parent Portal at hcps.com. From the navigation bar on the left, click Settings. In the Settings section, under Accounts and Passwords, click Reset Password. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided and click Reset Password. If you do not have an email address associated with your account, you will be prompted to create one.
