How to Login to Parent Portal
Parent Portal is a new tool that provides parents with easy access to important information about their child’s school. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.yourchildsschool.com and sign in. If you have already logged in, click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. On the My Account page, under Parent Portal Login, enter your school ID number (found on your student’s report card) and password.
3. Click on the Log In button to log in to Parent Portal.
4. If you are not already logged in to My Account, you will be prompted to create an account. After you have logged in, Parent Portal will take you to your child’s portal page where you can access all of the important information about your child’s education!
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to Parent Portal.
2. Click on the My Account link on the main navigation bar.
3. Click on the Change Password link in the My Account section.
4. Enter your current password and click on the Update Password button.
5. The new password will be displayed in the text box below and you can confirm that it is correct by clicking on the Confirm New Password button.
6. Click on the Log Off button to close Parent Portal.
How to Unblock a Parent Portal User
If you need to unblock a parent portal user, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the MySchool site as an administrator.
2. Click Parent Portal in the left navigation panel.
3. On the Parent Portal page, click Users in the upper right corner.
4. In the User list, click the user you want to unblock.
5. On the User Details page, under Access Settings, click Blocked in the left navigation panel.
6. In the Blocked column, select Unblock from the drop-down menu.
7. Click Save Changes to apply your changes and return to the Parent Portal page.
