Once logged in, parents can access the following areas of Parent Gateway:

- Website Blocking: In this area, parents can block specific websites from being accessed by their student. Parents can also add websites that are not included in the UW System website blocker list.

How to login with Parent Gateway
If you are a parent and want to login to your child's education account, you can use the Parent Gateway. The Parent Gateway is an online tool that allows parents to manage their children's school information and academics.
To login with the Parent Gateway, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.parentgateway.com and enter your child's school name in the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on your child's school name in the list of results to open their Parent Gateway account.
3. On the left-hand side of the page, click on "Login." Enter your school password in the "Password" field and click on "Log In." Your Parent Gateway account will now be open.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps to change it.:
1. Log in to Parent Gateway.
2. Click on the My Profile link near the top of the page.
3. Under "My Profile Details", click on the Change Password link.
4. Enter your current password in the New Password field and type a new password in the New Password Confirmation field.
5. Click on the Submit button to finish updating your password.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it.:
1. Click the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" box and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. Type your new password in the "New Password" box and click the "Reset Password" button.
4. Click the "Submit" button to finish resetting your password.
How to unsubscribe from Parent Gateway
To unsubscribe from Parent Gateway, go to the login page and enter your email address in the "Unsubscribe from Parent Gateway" box.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to your Parent Gateway account, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the Parent Gateway home page.
2. In the resulting screen, click on the "Report a problem" link.
3. In the next screen, type in your Parent Gateway login credentials and click on the "Submit" button.
