How to login to your Paramount Provider Portal
If you are a new customer or have not used your provider portal in a while, now is a great time to login and check your account status. You can also manage your medications, see your lab results, and more!
To login to the provider portal:
1. Open your web browser and go to:
https://www.paramountproviderportal.com/login
2. Enter your username and password (they are the same as your account login details) and click \"Log In\" on the top right of the page.
3. If you have multiple providers, select the one you would like to use from the dropdown menu on the left hand side of the page. Once you have selected a provider, click \"Next\" on the right hand side of the page.
4. On the next page, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself such as name, email address, and contact number. Click \"Next\" again to continue.

Finding your provider code
If you have forgotten your provider code, you can find it on the home page of your Paramount account. On the right side of the page, under "My Account," click on "Provider Portal." The provider portal will open. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, next to "Your Provider Portal Username," is your provider code. If you don't remember this information, or if you have lost your code, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot My Password?" link and entering your email address and password.
Logging in to your provider portal
If you are not already logged in to your provider portal, you can do so by clicking the Login link in the top right corner of the home page. Once you have logged in, you will see the main Provider Portal page. To access specific sections of the portal, click on the links that appear on the left side of the main Provider Portal page.
The most important part of the Provider Portal is its search function. You can use this function to find information about a particular provider or service. For example, if you are looking for information about a particular medical facility, you can type that facility’s name into the search bar and click on the Results button. The resulting page will show you information about that facility, including its address and phone number.

How to change your password
If you forget your Paramount Provider Portal password, you can change it by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Paramount Provider Portal account.
2. Click the "Account" link at the top of the home screen.
3. On the "Account" page, click the "Password Change" link in the lower right corner.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click the "Change Password" button.
5. You're all set!
Deleting your account
If you are no longer using the Paramount Provider Portal, you can delete your account by logging in and clicking on the "Account Management" link at the top of the page.
Changing your email address
If you have registered with Paramount Provider Portal, you can change your email address by clicking on the "My Account" tab and then under "Contact Information" on the right hand side. From there, simply enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Update" button.
Adding new providers
If you are new to Paramount Provider Portal, or just want to add a new provider, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website using your user name and password.
2. Click on the "Provider Portal" tab on the top navigation bar.
3. Under "Provider Portal Administration", click on "Add New Provider".
4. Complete the form and click on "submit".
5. You will now be taken to the provider's website. Log in using your provider account credentials and you're ready to go!
Managing your account preferences
If you are an active Paramount Provider, you can manage your account preferences by logging into the Paramount Provider Portal. The login process is easy and takes just a few minutes to complete. After logging in, you can access all of your account information, including your contact information, payment history, and account status.
