How to login to the Palmetto Athletic Center Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student who attends Palmetto Athletic Center, or if you manage or oversee the parent/student relationship at PAC, you will want to sign in to the Parent Portal. This is a secure website that provides parents with important information about their child’s education and athletics at PAC.
To sign in, first navigate to the Parent Portal homepage by clicking on the Parent Portal banner located on the top left side of every page on their website. You will then be prompted to enter your PAC Login ID and Password. If you have not registered for a Parent Portal account yet, please visit their Registration page to create an account.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Parent Portal screen where you can access all of the information and tools that we have available for you and your child. Here, you can find detailed information about your student’s academic progress, roster updates, and important deadlines. You can also register for notifications about athletic events, get information about financial aid opportunities, and connect with other parents of PAC students.

Changing your password
If you forget your Palmetto Athletic Center password, you can change it here. Log in using your email address and password. If you have trouble logging in, please call their 24/7 support line at 843-254-6427.
Adding or deleting a child account
If you want to add or delete a child account on the Palmetto Athletic Center Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "My Account Details", click on the "Children" tab.
4. Select the child you want to add or delete from the list of children, and click on the "Add Child" or "Delete Child" button next to their name.
5. Enter your parent username and password, and click on the "Login" button.
6. If you added a child, you will now see their account information on the "Children" tab. If you deleted a child, their account information will be removed from this tab and they will no longer be able to access any of the resources on the Parent Portal.
Editing your child’s profile
To edit your child’s profile on the Palmetto Athletic Center Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal at www.palmettoathleticcenter.com.
2. Click on your child’s name in the main menu bar.
3. On the “Profile” tab, you will see all of your child’s information, including their sports and activity history, photos, and contact information.
4. To make any changes to your child’s profile, click on the “Edit Profile” link next to their information. You will be prompted to enter your password to continue.
Managing your child’s athletic registration

Palmetto Athletic Center parent portal is a one stop shop for parents to manage their child’s athletic registration. The portal has several features including the ability to create an account, view and print registration forms, update personal information, and more. Here are a few tips on how to login and use the parent portal:
1. Log in using your school email address and password.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your school email address and password in the fields below and click “Log In”.
4. You will now be taken to the “My Account” page where you can view and print your child’s registration forms, update personal information, etc.

Making payments on an athletic account
If you have an athletic account with Palmetto Athletic Center, you can make payments through their Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to their Parent Portal at www.palmettoathleticcenter.com.
2. Click the “Login” link in the top right corner of the home page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click “Log In”.
4. Your account will be automatically updated with all your account information.

Canceling an athletic registration
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please visit their Canceling an athletic registration page. You will need to provide your name, email address, and password in order to cancel your registration.
Transferring an athletic registration
If you have a student athlete who is currently registered at Palmetto Athletic Center but wishes to attend a different school, you will need to transfer their athletic registration. There are a few different ways to do this:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal and go to the Student Athletes page. You will see a list of all of your student athletes. Click on the athlete's name to open their profile. On the Profile page, click on the Transfer/Drop Down Menu and select Transfer My Registration To Another School.
2. Go to their website and click on the link for enrolling in classes. On the Enroll In Classes page, find your student athlete's name and click on the blue button that says Transfer My Registration To Another School.
3. Complete an online form with their office and send it in with your athlete's enrollment packet.
Deleting an athletic registration
To delete an athletic registration on the Palmetto Athletic Center Parent Portal:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "Athletic Registrations" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Select the athlete's registration from the list on the left-hand side and click on "Delete Registration" next to their name.
4. confirm your deletion by clicking "Yes,delete this registration."
Reporting a student athlete violation
If you have any information about a student athlete that has violated their code of conduct, we want to hear from you. You can report a student athlete violation by clicking on the “Report a Violation” link on the Palmetto Athletic Center Parent Portal. This will take you to the online Report a Student Athlete Form. You will need to provide the following information in order to submit your report:
-The name of the student athlete
-A description of what happened
-Your contact information
-The date and time of the incident
