How to add or delete a dealer account
If you are a Page Plus Cellular dealer and have not yet registered with their Dealer Portal, now is the time! To register, please login to their Dealer Portal and follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Dealer Portal home page.
2. Click on "Login" in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username (the email address you registered with) and password.
4. Click on "Log In."
5. On the next page, click on "Dealer Accounts."
6. On the following page, under "Dealer Login," click on "Add New Dealer Account."
7. Follow the prompts to provide your company information and dealer login information.
Your dealer account is now active! You can add or delete dealers from your account at any time by logging in to their Dealer Portal and clicking on "Dealer Accounts."
How to manage your account
If you are a Page Plus Cellular Dealer, your login is:
1. Go to the dealer portal.
2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner.
3. Enter your Username and Password (both of which you receive via email when you create your account).
4. Click on "Log In."
5. You will now be directed to the Dealer Dashboard.
6. To the right of "Dealer Name" is a drop-down menu where you can select which account you would like to manage (below this is a list of all your accounts).
7. To the left of "Dealer Name" is a list of all your pages (underneath this is a list of all your products).
8. To the right of each page is an "Admin" tab and a "Products" tab. The Admin tab contains all your account settings, such as password changes, while the Products tab displays all the products that are available for sale from that page and includes a "Add to Cart" button for each product.
How to view your account transactions
To view your account transactions, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Page Plus Cellular Dealer Portal home page.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Transactions" tab.
4. To view a specific transaction, click on the corresponding "Transaction" link.
5. You can also view all of your account transactions by clicking on the "All Transactions" link at the top of the page.
How to dispute a purchase
If you feel that you were wrongfully charged for a phone or service, there are several ways to dispute the purchase. The first step is to login to your Page Plus Cellular account and select the dispute purchase button on the My Account page. You will then be prompted to provide the details of your disputed purchase. After reviewing your information, Page Plus may choose to pursue the dispute or offer a partial refund.
