How to Log In:

To create a new account, click on the "Create Account" link in the main menu bar and follow the instructions onscreen. You will need to provide basic personal information such as your name and email address. Once you have created an account, you will be able to access all of the features of the Patient Portal by clicking on the "My Account" link
Pacific Eye Associates Patient Portal Insurance and Billing
If you are a Pacific Eye Associates patient, you will need to login to the patient portal in order to view your insurance information and billing. The patient portal is accessible through the website at pacificeyeassociates.com. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. On the menu, select "Patient Portal." This will take you to the patient portal home page. You will need to enter your patient ID number (which can be found on your medical records) in order to log in. After you have logged in, you will be able to view your insurance information and billing history. You can also update your personal information and contact information on the patient portal.

If you are looking to login to your patient portal account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Click on "Login" in the top left corner.
Step 3: Enter your Username and Password.
If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please click on "Forgot Username or Password?" under the "My Account" tab and enter your Email Address and click on "Submit." A new Email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
