Pa State Employee Portal is a portal that allows employees to access their personnel files, paychecks, and other important information. In this article, we will show you how to login to Pa State Employee Portal.
Go to pa.gov
Click on the \”Employee Portal\” link in the left navigation bar.
Enter your login credentials and click \”Sign In\”
If you have a government email address, your user name and password are already populated in the \”My Profile\” section. If you do not have a government email address, enter your email address in the \”My Profile\” section and click \”Create Account\”. Your account will be activated after you verify your email address.
After you create an account, you can access your employee portal by clicking on the \”My Profile\” tab and entering your user name and password in the appropriate fields. You can also view your account information by clicking on the \”Activities\” tab and selecting an activity from the list. The activities list will show all of the files, documents, and Web links that are associated with this employee portal account.
Click on “MyPA” on the top left corner
Enter your username and password
Under “MyPA Dashboard,” click on the “Login” button.
Enter your email address and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will also need to enter your second factor code.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them by clicking on the “Forgot Your Username or Password?” link under “MyPA Dashboard.”
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Login”

Login Instructions:
1. Log in to your computer using your email address and password.
2. Click on “Login” in the header of the home page of the portal.
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on “Log In”.

Enter your username and password
If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the Pa State Employee Portal at http://portal.pa.gov/login
2. Click on "Forgot Your Username or Password?" in the top right corner of the screen
3. Type in your username and click "Reset Password"
4. Type in your new password and click "Confirm New Password"
If you have not already done so, create an account with MyPA and enter your email address and password
If you have an existing MyPA account, please enter your login credentials below
If you do not have an account with MyPA, create an account now at MyPA.com and enter your email address and password.
To access the Pa State Employee Portal, click on the “Employees” link on the main MyPA homepage (www.mypa.com). From the Employees page, click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Login” to log in to the portal. If you have not already done so, please choose a user name and password for your account. Your user name is your first name followed by last initial, for example [email protected]. Your password is your email address followed by “password”, for example [email protected].

Forgot Password?
Click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions.
You will be brought to a page where
you will be asked to enter your login name and password. Once you have entered these details, you will be taken to the Employees page. From here, you can view all of your account information, including your wage and salary, benefits and leave balance. You can also update your personal details and contact information, or request a transfer to another department.
