When you first access Oxford Application Portal, you will be prompted to create a user name and password. Please follow these instructions to log in:
1. Click on the login button in the top right corner of the application homepage
2. Enter your user name and password
3. Click on the Log In button
4. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Reset Password link in the top right corner of the login screen
How to login to the Oxford Application Portal
If you don't have an account yet, click here to create your free account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login to the Oxford Application Portal. Logging in for the First Time
If you have never logged in to the Oxford Application Portal before, please follow these steps:
1. If you are using a computer at Oxford, open the Oxford Application Portal (https://portal.ox.ac.uk/login) and sign in with your OAP username and password. If you are using a device outside of Oxford, sign in to the Oxford Application Portal using your institution's login credentials.
2. Click on the “Log In” button in the top-right corner of the main screen. Enter your OAP username and password and click on the “Log In” button to finish logging in.
3. On the home page of the portal, click on the “My Account” tab in the top-left corner of the screen. Enter your OAP email address and select “Properties” from the dropdown menu next to it. Underneath “My Account Summary”, enter your OAP password and click on the “Update Profile” button to finish logging in. You will now be able to access all of your account details, including course selections and grades, on this page.
Setting Up Your Account
If you are a first-time user of the Oxford Application Portal, or have not used it in a while, you will need to set up your account. To do this, click on the button labelled "Sign In" at the top of the home page. If you have already logged in, your username and password will appear in the text box below. Please enter these values into the appropriate fields and click on "Log In". Managing Your Applications
If you are new to the Oxford Application Portal, or if you have forgotten your login details, follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Click on the Login link at the top of any page on the portal. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact them at [email protected] for assistance.
2. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see all of your applications under the Applications heading. Here, you can manage your applications, add new applications, and update information about your applications. You can also access application forms and feedback forms here.
3. If you would like to view specific information about one of your applications, click on the application's title link below the Applications heading on the home page. This will take you to a newpage where you can view more detailed information about that application, including application form submissions and feedback comments. You can also download application forms and other supporting materials from this page.
Uploading your Documents
If you have not done so already, you will need to create an account on the Oxford Application Portal. To do this, log in and click on 'User Accounts'. You will then be able to create a new account or login to an existing account.
When you have logged in, the first thing you will need to do is upload your documents. To do this, click on 'Upload Documents' located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
You can upload any document that you want for use with your application. You can either upload individual documents or batch upload them all at once (this is useful if you are uploading many documents at once).
Once your documents have been uploaded, you will need to enter some information about them. This includes the title of the document, its file name (if it has one), and its size (in bytes). You can also add a description of the document if you want.
Once you have entered all of the information required, click on 'Save'. Your document will now be stored on the Oxford Application Portal and can be used when filling out your application form.
Checking the Status of Your Application
If you’re having trouble logging in to the Oxford Application Portal, make sure you are using the correct credentials. If your login details are correct, but you still can’t get into the portal, there may be something wrong with your account. To check the status of your application:
1. Click on “My Applications” in the main menu.
2. Click on your application name in the list on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the “Status” tab, you will see information about your application, such as whether it is being processed or waiting for feedback.
