The Pages on the Outreach Portal
The Outreach Portal provides a central location for managing outreach and communications with your constituents. There are three main pages on the portal: Home, Contacts, and Committees.
Home: The Home page includes a list of all your constituent contact information, as well as links to your committees and other important pages on the portal. You can use this page to manage your outreach schedule and track your progress.
Contacts: The Contacts page lets you manage your constituent relationships in one place. You can add new constituents, update their contact information, and track their interactions with your office. You can also use this page to send them email newsletters and other important communications.
Committees: The Committees page lets you see which committees your constituents are on (and how active they are) and manage your interactions with those committees. You can add new committees, delete existing committees, or change the committee leadership.
