If you are a student at Osu University, then you will need to login to the Student Health Portal in order to access your health records and other important information. In this article, we will show you how to login and access your health records using the Osu Student Health Portal.
How to login to the Osu Student Health Portal
Login to the Osu Student Health Portal by following these steps:
1. Go to https://health.osu.edu/.
2. Click on the βLoginβ button in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the βLog inβ button.
4. You will now be presented with the main page of the portal.
5. In the top left corner, you will see a list of categories that you can explore. The categories that are relevant to this article are βMy Healthβ and βHealth Conditionsβ.
6. Under βMy Healthβ, you will find a list of all of your health records (including medications and vaccines).
7. Under βHealth Conditionsβ, you will find a list of all of your health conditions, along with information about how to get help if you experience any problems with them.
Carrying out health checks
If you are a student at Osu, you can use the Osu Student Health Portal to carry out health checks. The Health Check tool allows you to analyse your physical and mental health, and make changes if necessary.
To access the Health Check tool, go to the Osu Student Health Portal homepage and click on the Health Check tab. This will take you to a page where you can input your name, ID number, date of birth and email address. You will then be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be able to see how well your physical and mental health are currently doing. You can also make changes to your health check if you feel that there is a need for them.
Requesting medical records
If you have a medical emergency and need to see a doctor right away, you can use the Osu Student Health Portal to request a doctorβs note.
To make this request, first login to the Osu Student Health Portal. Next, click on βMy Accountβ in the top left corner of the screen. From here, select βMedical Requestβ.
You will be prompted to fill out some basic information about your medical situation. This information will help the Osu Student Health Portal match you with a doctor who can help you ASAP.
Once you have filled out the form, click on βSubmitβ in the top right corner. The Osu Student Health Portal will then send your request to the doctor who can approve or deny it based on your condition. If you need medical assistance outside of normal business hours, please contact Campus Emergency Services at 419-352-5115.
Registering with a GP or optometrist
If you're a student at Osu, you can use the Student Health Portal to register with your GP or optometrist. To register, go to the Student Health Portal and click on the Register tab. On the Register tab, fill in your contact information and click on the Submit button. Your GP or optometrist will then be able to contact you to set up an appointment.

Making complaints
If you have a complaint about the services or quality of student health care at Osu, there are several ways to make a complaint.
The first step is to contact the student health care provider that you feel is responsible for the issue. You can find their contact information on the providerβs website or by searching for their names on the Osu Student Health Portal. If contacting them does not resolve your issue, or if you feel that your complaint has not been appropriately addressed, you can then take your complaint further.
The following are some options for lodging a complaint with Osu:

When completing this form, please be sure to include all relevant information, such as dates and times of incidents, names of involved parties, and copies of any documents that support your claim.

If you are a student at Osu College and have an OSU email address, you can login to the Student Health Portal using that email address. If you do not have an OSU email address, you can create one on the Portal website. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to use the Portal:
1. On the home page of the portal, click on "My Account."
2. In the "My Account" window, enter your OSU ID number (e.g., 123456) and password.
3. If you are a new student, OSU will automatically add your name and major to your account. If you are already a student at Osu College, your OSU ID number and password are likely already in your account.
4. Click "Log In."
5. You will be taken to the main screen of the Portal. Under "Account Info," click on "Student Health." You will see a list of all of your health records from previous years at OSU (including medications). To add a new health record, click on "Add Health Record."
