Login Instructions
If you would like to log into the Osprey resident portal, please follow the following instructions:
1. Click on the "Login" link located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the "Log In" button to complete your login process.
How to Access Your Resident Portal
If you are new to the Osprey community and don't know how to access your resident portal, this guide will walk you through the process.
First, you need to log in to your Osprey account. To do this, go to the My Account tab on the main menu and click on Log In. Once you have logged in, click on the Resident Portal link in the left column of the My Account page.
The first time you visit your resident portal, you will be prompted to create a new account or login with an existing account. If you already have an account, skip to step 5. If you don't have an account yet, click on the Create An Account link and follow the instructions.
Once you have created an account or logged in, click on the My Portals link in the left column of your resident portal screen. This will open a list of all of your resident portals.
Click on your resident portal name in the list to open it. The first time you visit your resident portal, you will be prompted to set up your default preferences.

How to Report a Problem
If you have a problem logging in to your Osprey Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Start by opening your browser and going to the osprey.ucsd.edu website.
2. Sign in with your UC San Diego credentials.
3. Click on the “My Account” link on the left side of the screen.
4. Under “My Account,” click on the “Resident Portal” link.
5. On the “Osprey Resident Portal Login” page, enter your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the link that says “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions there.
6. If you are having trouble logging in because you have forgotten your UC San Diego credentials, click on the link that says “Sign In With Another Credential” and follow the instructions there.
7. If you are having trouble logging in because you do not have an e-mail address, click on the link that says “Create an Account Now” and follow the instructions there.
How to Change Your Password
If you haven't done so recently, it's time to change your Osprey Resident Portal password. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Osprey Resident Portal account at http://osprey-residents.usc.edu/.
2. Click on the link for "My Account" on the top left of the screen.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the link for "Password."
4. Enter your current password in the text box and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Enter a new password in the new text box and click on the "Change Password" button again.
6. Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to finish changing your password.
How to View your Account Information
If you have an active account and are logged in, you will see a list of your recent activity on the left side of the page. This includes posts, comments, and messages you've sent and received. You can also view or edit your profile information, including your name, email address, and website.
