How to login to Osha online reporting portal
If you have not yet registered for an account with Osha, please visit the website and register for an account. Once you have registered for an account, please follow these steps to login to the online reporting portal:
1. Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the main screen.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on "Log In" to log in to your account.
How to create a new account
If you are new to Osha, create a new account. You will need your login information, which is usually your email address and password. Once you have created an account, you can start using the portal.
How to report an emergency
If you are a first responder, or the person responsible for reporting emergencies, the Osha online reporting portal is the place to go. This portal will allow you to submit emergency reports from your computer.
To login to the online reporting portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.oshareporting.gov/login/.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click submit.
3. You will be redirected to a login page. Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields and click login. You will be returned to the main reporting portal page.
How to report a hazardous material incident
If you are involved in a hazardous material incident, the first step is to contact your local emergency response team.
You can find contact information for your local emergency response team on the website of the National Response Center.
Once you have contacted your local emergency response team, the next step is to report the incident through the Osha Online Reporting Portal.
To log into the portal, go to https://www.oshapublicinfo.com/reportingportal/.
On the main page of the portal, under “How To Report A Hazardous Material Incident,” click “Start Reporting.”
Enter your contact information and select the type of incident you are reporting.
Next, select the state where the incident occurred and click “Continue.”
On the next page, you will be asked to select a category for your incident.
Select “Hazardous Material Incident” and click “Continue.”
You will now be prompted to provide additional information about your incident.
Include any specific information that may help Osha make a determination about what action to take.
How to file a complaint
If you have a complaint about your housing authority or its services, you can file it through the Osha Online Reporting Portal.
To log in to the portal, first create an account by clicking on the “Create Account” button at the top of the page. You will need your name, email address, and password. Once you have created your account, click on the “Log In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Once you are logged in, you will see the main menu on the left side of the screen. Under “Initiatives & Programs”, select “Online Reporting Portal”.
The first step in filing a complaint is to choose a problem to report. The list of available problems includes: Access to Services; Abuse or Neglect; Damaged Property; Illegal Activity; and more.
After you have selected a problem, click on the “Next” button to continue.
