What is the Orosz Properties Tenant Portal?
The Orosz Properties Tenant Portal is a web-based system that allows you to manage your tenant's accounts, including rental payments and account updates. You can also view your tenant's rental history and invoices. The portal is free to use.
How to Login: To login to the Orosz Properties Tenant Portal, click the »Login« link on the main menu screen. Enter your login name and password, and click »Log In«. If you have multiple tenants, select the tenant you want to access from the list of tenants.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu screen. On this screen, you can:
- View your tenant's account information:
- View your tenant's rental history and invoices:
- Change your tenant's password:
- Delete your tenant's account:
- Mail your tenant a reminder to pay their rent
How to Login to the Tenant Portal
When you first open the Tenant Portal, you will be asked to create an account. This account will allow you to manage and view your tenants’ information, as well as access key features of the Tenant Portal.
To log in to the Tenant Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link at the top of the Tenant Portal home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form fields and click on the “Login” button.
3. You will now be redirected to the main tenant portal page.
4. Click on the “My Accounts” link in the menu bar at the top of the page to view your account information.
How to Access Your Property History
If you have forgotten your login credentials for the Orosz Properties Tenant Portal, follow these steps to retrieve them:
1. Log in to the tenant portal at https://portal.oroszproperties.com/.
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the left-hand toolbar.
3. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided and click the "Reset Password" button.
4. You will now be directed to a confirmation page, where you can verify that you have successfully reset your password and returned to the tenant portal. Congratulations! You are now registered with the tenant portal and can start exploring your property history.
How to Contact Orosz Properties
If you need to contact Orosz Properties, the first step is to login to their tenant portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://orozphousing.com/tenant-portal/.
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. Click on the "Contact Us" link in the toolbar at the top of the page.
4. Enter your message in the "Message" field and click on the "Send Message" button.
How to Report a Maintenance Issue
If you are having trouble logging in to your Orosz Properties tenant portal, or if you spot a maintenance issue, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the tenant portal home page and click on "Login."
2. If you are already logged in, enter your user name and password. If not, click on the "New User" button to create a new account.

If you need to make a payment on your property, there are several ways to do it. You can use the online portal, mail, or phone.
To use the online portal, you will need to login first. After you login, you will be able to make payments using your account information.
To make a payment by mail, you will need to fill out a payment form and mail it to the address on the form.
To make a payment by phone, you will need to call the customer service number on the website. They will be able to help you with making a payment on your property.
How to Change Your Address or Title on Your Property
If you have moved and need to update your address or title on your property, you can do so through their Tenant Portal. To login, first create an account if you haven't already. Once you have logged in, go to the My Properties tab and find the property you want to update. Click on the Edit Property link in the header of the page. You will be taken to a new page where you can update your information.
To change your address, click on the Update Address link and enter your new address in the text box provided. To change your title, click on the Change Title link and enter your new title in the text box provided. When you are finished, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
