Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your account page and click on the order you want to cancel.
2. On the order details page, under the “Order Details” section, click on the “Cancel Order” button.
3. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once you have confirmed the cancellation, the order will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Guest Accounts
If you have not already created an Orderhawk account, you can create one by clicking the "Create an Account" link on the top of the homepage. Once you have logged in, you will be able to manage your account and view your orders.
To login to your account, click "My Account" in the top left corner of the homepage, then click "Login." Enter your email address and password, and click "Login." You will be redirected to the order confirmation page. On this page, enter your order number and date of purchase. If you have a promotional code, enter it here. Click "Confirm Order." You will be redirected to the order detail page. This page includes your order information, as well as any comments or questions that you may have submitted during checkout. Click "View Order" to view your order in full. You can also print or save your order using the "Print" and "Save As" buttons located on the bottom of the page.
