This website is designed to help parents stay connected with their children while they are at school, and to provide important information about Orchard Park School District. In order to access this website and use its features, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click the link below that corresponds with the school year your child attends Orchard Park School District.
2. Enter your login credentials (username and password) in the appropriate fields. If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so now.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your child's latest grades and report cards, as well as important district information and news. You can also contact the school directly by clicking on the "Contact" tab. Thank you for using the Parent Portal!
How to Login to Orchard Park Parent Portal
To login to the Orchard Park Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.orchardpark.org and sign in.
2. Click on the “Parent Portal” link on the left-hand side of the main screen.
3. Enter your user name and password in the corresponding fields and click “Log In”.
4. If you have previously registered with Orchard Park, you will be logged in as a registered user. If you have not yet registered, you will be prompted to do so before being able to access any content on the Parent Portal.

If you are a new parent at Orchard Park School District, this is the place for you! Parent Portal allows you to keep track of your child's attendance, grades, and more. Student Information
Login to the Parent Portal to view and update your student's information.:
1. Log in to your Orchard Park Web Account by clicking on the account name in the top left corner of this page.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be taken to the Parent Portal home page.
4. To access your student's information, click on the "My Students" tab and then select the student you want to view information for. The following information will be displayed: Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Phone Number, Last Name, First Name (both typically listed as last name first), Grade Level, Academic Standing (A-F), Attendance Status (Attendance/No Shows) and Enrollment Status (Enrolled/Dropped). Please note that if a student is enrolled in multiple grades levels, each grade level will be listed separately with each student's academic standing noted as a percentage. Calendar
If you are a new parent or have never logged in to the Parent Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at orchardpark.k12.ny.us using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the Parent Portal home page.
3. On the My Account tab, click on the "Calendar" link in the left column of the main Parent Portal window.
4. In the Calendar area, under "School Calendars," select your child's school from the dropdown menu and click on the "Add Date" button to add an event to your calendar.
5. To add a note about an event, click on the "Add Note" button next to that event and enter your comments into that field.
6. Click on the "Save Changes" button to save your changes to your calendar and return to the My Account tab.

If you are a parent with an account on the Orchard Park Parent Portal, you can login to your account by following these steps:
Sign in to your Orchard Park Parent Portal account athttps://portal.orchardpark.net/login
Click on the "My Account" tab in the top right corner of the screen
Enter your log-in information and click on the "Log In" button at the bottom of the page
You will be taken to a new page where you will be asked to choose a password. Make sure that you remember this password as you will need it to access other features of your Parent Portal account.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your accounts on the Parent Portal. Select the "My Accounts" tab and then click on the "Add an Account" link next to the child's name. Type in their user name and password and click on the "Login" button.

If you are a new user, you will need to create an account. Once your account is created, you will be able to login to the Orchard Park Parent Portal.:
