If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log into the OpenText Support Portal.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. Under "My Profile," click on the "Password" link.
4. Enter your old password and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Confirm your new password and click on the "Save Changes" button.
How to Report a Problem
If you are having trouble logging in to the Opentext Support Portal, or if you have any other problems with theming the site, please let us know by submitting a support ticket. Here are instructions on how to do that:
1. Go to the Opentext Support Portal website and log in using your username and password. If you don't have an Opentext account, sign up now at www.opentext.com/supportportal.
2. Click on the "Support Tickets" link at the top of the page.
3. On the "Support Tickets" page, click on the "Create New Ticket" link.
4. In the "Create New Ticket" form, enter your information in the fields below and click on the "Submit" button.

How to Log Out of the Opentext Support Portal
If you have forgotten your password, or need to log out of the Opentext Support Portal, follow these steps:

2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click the "Generate New Password" button.
3. Re-enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click the "Confirm New Password" button.
