To login to the Patient Portal, visit oneidahealthcare.com and use the password you created when you signed up for Oneida Healthcare coverage. When you log in, you'll be taken to the My Account page. On this page, under Health Records, click Login. Enter your email address and password and click Log In. You'll now be taken to the My Account page. Under My Account, click Change Password. Enter your current password and new password (which must be at least 8 characters long) and click Change Password. Click Save Changes At the bottom of the My Account page, under Contact Information, click View Contact List. This will display a list of all of your contact information, including addresses and phone numbers. Click Edit or Add Address to add an address or phone number to your contact list. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the My Account page. To access your health records, go to oneidahealthcare.com and use the search bar at the top of the page to find "Patient Portal." How to change your password
First, go to the Oneida Healthcare Patient Portal and click on the "Forgot Password" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on the link in the email that you received to reset your password. Enter your new password in the "New Password" text field, and click on the "Create Account" button.
