Residents of Dallas Center can now login to their online portal using their email address and password. This new feature makes it easier for residents to access their personalized account, schedule appointments, and track their progress in accessing services.
What is a Resident Portal?
A Resident Portal is a web application that allows residents to manage their personal information and connect with other residents. It also allows staff to access resident information to better serve residents.
How to Login:
To login to your Resident Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, please refer to the email we sent you when you registered for your account. If you do not have access to that email, or if you have forgotten your username or password, please contact them at (214) 975-8838 or via their online form.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account information, make changes to your profile, and connect with other residents.
How to Login to a Resident Portal
If you are a Dallas Center resident and need to login to your portal, here is how to do it:
1. Go to the homepage of the portal at https://www.dallascenter.com/.
2. Click on “Login” in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your Dallas Center ID and password. If you do not have a Dallas Center ID, you can create one by clicking on “Need an ID?” on the top right corner of the login page and following the instructions.
4. After logging in, you will be redirected to your home page where you can access all of your resident services and resources.
How to Use the Resident Portal
The Resident Portal is a new online tool that lets residents access their account information, find services, and communicate with staff. To use the Resident Portal, you will need to create an account and login. Here are instructions on how to do both:
To create an account, click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password. Once you have created your account, you can access it by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of any page on the website.
To login, click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password. Once you have logged in, you will see your name at the top of the page and all of your account information below it. You can use this page to access your account information, find services, and communicate with staff.
