How to create a profile
When you first arrive on the On Stage Portal, you will be asked to create a profile. This is where you can add your name, email address, and other personal information. Next, you will be asked to choose a password. You should never share your password with anyone, and make sure that it is unique and strong.
To login to the On Stage Portal, click on the Login link in the upper-right corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click on the Login button. You will now be taken to the main page of the On Stage Portal.
If you ever need to reset your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link in the top-right corner of the homepage and enter your username and email address into the form provided. A new password will be sent to your email address.
How to add shows to your account
If you have shows scheduled and you don't want to miss a beat, make sure to login to On Stage Portal and add them to your account. This will keep you up-to-date on what's going on with your shows, and it's super easy to do. Here's how:
1. Log in to On Stage Portal by clicking the login button located at the top right corner of any page.
2. If you're already logged in, click the "User Info" tab on the main toolbar.
3. Under "My Shows," click the "Add Show" button.
4. Enter all the necessary information for your show, including the show's title, artist name, and start time. Click the "Publish" button to save your show.
5. You're done! Now you can check out your show's details (including ticket sales information) by clicking the "Show Info" tab on any page related to that show. Have fun!
How to manage your account
To login to your On Stage Portal account, follow these steps:
1. From the home page of your portal, click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
2. In the "My Account" page, you will see a list of your active logsins.
3. To login to your account, type in your username and password in the respective fields and press the "Login" button.

How to cancel an order
If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:
Log into your On Stage Portal account and go to the Orders section. You will see the order you need to cancel highlighted in red. Click on the order's details tab and then click on the Cancel Order button next to the order's name.

2. Click on "Your Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "My Orders," select the order you want to refund.
