What is Omni?
Omni is the new employee portal from Workday. Omni lets you manage your payroll, time and attendance, and benefits online from any device. With Omni, you can also access your paychecks and leave balances in seconds, receive timely alerts when your benefits expire, and more. Login to Omni to get started!
If you're an employee at Workday, you're probably familiar with their old employee portal, known as Workday 360. While Omni is great in many ways, we wanted to give their users a quick rundown of some of the important differences between Omni and Workday 360.
First off, Omni is the new name for their employee portal. We decided to change it because we felt that the word "Omni" reflected their mission better: to provide all employees with a single platform where they can manage their payroll, time and attendance, and benefits online from any device.
Secondly, while Workday 360 was primarily a desktop application, Omni is fully mobile-friendly. This means that you can access your information on your phone or tablet no matter where you are.

How to login to Omni?
If you have an Omni account and need to login, follow these simple steps:
1. In the upper right corner of the homepage, click on the three lines in a blue box that says "Your Account."
2. On the page that pops up, enter your username (usually your email address) and password. If you don't have an Omni account, you can create one now by clicking on the "Create Account" button near the top of the page.
3. Once you've logged in, you'll see your main dashboard. From here, you can access all of your account information, including your contacts and calendar events.
How to manage your Omni account?
There are a few ways to manage your Omni account:
-Sign in to Omni.com and click on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of the page.
-Click on the gear icon in the top left corner of any page on Omni and select "Manage My Accounts."
-Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of any page that you have access to.
-If you have an email address associated with your Omni account, you can also sign in to Omni by clicking on the link in that email.
How to share files and folders on Omni?
Sharing files and folders on Omni is an easy task with the Omni Employee Portal. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Open the Omni Employee Portal.
2. In the left-hand column, click File & Settings.
3. On the Files tab, under Shared Folders, click Add Folder.
4. Enter a name for the folder and select a share location (such as your computer).
5. Click Save.
