When you move into a new place, one of the first things you'll want to do is get acquainted with the facilities and amenities that are available to you. In order to access your resident portal, which includes information on your building such as maintenance schedules, policies, and more, follow these simple steps:
First, sign in to your account on olympustowncenter.com using your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, sign up now!
Once you're logged in, locate the "Residents" tab on the left-hand side of the page. On this tab, you'll see a list of all the buildings within Olympus Town Center.
Click on the building that corresponds to your residence hall or suite name - in this example, we're clicking on "Hilton Garden Inn Olympia".
You'll then be directed to the "Residents Portal" page for that building. On this page, you can find all the information you need about your building and its amenities! For example, under "Features", you can learn about their 24-hour security, their recycling program, and more!

How to login to your Olympus Town Center Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your login information or need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "My Profile" page at the top of the portal.
2. Click on the "Forgot Login?" link next to your name.
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. You will now be returned to the My Profile page. Congratulations!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the resident portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. In the "My Account" section, click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and type a new password in the "New Password (again)" field.
5. Click on "Submit."
6. You will be prompted to confirm your new password by clicking on the "Confirm New Password" button.
How to view your account information
If you have registered for the Olympus Town Center Resident Portal, you can view your account information by clicking on "My Account" in the main menu. This will take you to a page where you can see all of your account information, including your name, email address, password, and account status.
How to add or update your contact information
If you have an Olympus account, you can add or update your contact information on the resident portal. To login to the resident portal, click the link in the email you received when registering for an account. If you don't have an Olympus account, follow these instructions to create a new account.
First, enter your email address and password (the same ones you use for your Olympus account). Then click Login. You'll be taken to a page where you can add or update your contact information.
To add a new contact, click Add a New Contact at the top of the page. You'll see a form where you can enter your name, email address, phone number, and website. You can also add a photo if you want. Click Save to save your contact information.
To update your contact information, click Update My Contact Information at the top of the page. You'll see a form where you can enter your name, email address, phone number, and website. You can also edit or delete your photo if you've added one. Click Save to save your changes.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from Olympus Town Center, you can unsubscribe from them by following these instructions:
1. Log in to the resident portal.
2. Under "My Account", click on "Notifications".
3. Under "Subscribe to Email Notifications", uncheck all boxes except "Olympus Town Center" and click on the red "Unsubscribe" button.
