Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, follow these steps to login to Oldham Planning Portal:
1.Click on the logo at the top of the homepage (the one with the gears). This will take you to the home page of Oldham Planning Portal.
2.On the home page, click on “login” in the top right-hand corner. This will open a new window.
3.Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and then click “submit”. You will now be logged in to Oldham Planning Portal!
How to login to the Oldham Planning Portal
If you are a registered Oldham Planning Portal user, you can login to the portal using your username and password. If you are not registered with the portal, or if your username and password have expired, you can register for an account by following these steps:
1. Go to the sign in page at www.oldham.gov.uk/planningportal
2. Enter your username and password (or create a new user account if you don't have a username and password)
3. Click 'sign in'
4. You will be taken to the home page of the portal where you can start using it
How to find your Oldham Planning Portal account number
If you are having trouble logging in to your Oldham Planning Portal account, please follow these instructions.
1.Click on the “Planning Portal Login” link in the upper left corner of the home page.
2.Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
3.If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login screen and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields. A password reset code will be sent to your email address.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Oldham Planning Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Change Password" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" text field and click on the "Change" button.
How to report an issue with the Oldham Planning Portal
If you experience an issue logging in to the Oldham Planning Portal, their team is available to help. To report an issue with the portal, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Oldham Planning Portal at https://www.oldham.gov.uk/planning-portal/.
2. On the home page of the portal, click on "Login."
3. Enter your user name and password and click on "Log In."
4. If you are experiencing an issue with logging in, please enter your user name and password again and click on "Report a Problem." Your contact information, including your email address and phone number, will be automatically populated in the form below this message.
