If you are a patient and want to use the Oam Patient Portal, you need to first create an account. To do this, go to the Oam Patient Portal website and click on the “Create an Account” link in the upper right corner of the homepage. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and password. Once you have created your account, you can access it by going to the “My Profile” page and clicking on the “Login” button. 3. On the next page, click on the "Print" button to print the summary.
