How to login to the Oakhurst Medical Center Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Oakhurst Medical Center, you can log in to their Patient Portal to access your health information, receive notifications about your health care and more.
To login, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log In" link in the header of the Patient Portal home page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. You will be prompted to confirm your login.
4. You will now have full access to the Patient Portal.
How to find your patient record
If you are a patient at their hospital, we want you to be able to find your record and stay updated on your health care. You can do this by logging in to the Patient Portal.
To log in, go to:
https://patientportal.oakhurstmedicalcenter.com/login
Enter your name and password and hit "Log In." If you have not registered with their Patient Portal, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu. On the left side of the screen is a list of sections: My Account, Billing & Insurance, Phone Numbers & Email Addresses, and Message Boards. On the right side of the screen is a list of tabs: My Rooms, Recent Tests & Procedures, Health History, Medications, and Photos. Under each tab are lists of records. To find your record, search for it by name or room number. You can also click on "View All" under any tab to see all of the records in that section.

1. Log into the Patient Portal.
2. Click on the "Notifications" tab.
3. Under "Email Notifications," select the option you would like to unsubscribe from.
4. Click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
