If you have any photos that you'd like to include on your profile, drag them into the space next to "Photo." When you're done filling out your profile, click "Save Profile."

1. Visit the NSW Health Roster Portal homepage.

To add a prescription for a condition not listed on the menu, click on the Conditions tab and browse to find the condition you are looking for. You can then select Add New Condition from the menu.
To add a prescription for a medication not listed on either of the tabs, click on the Medications tab and select Add New Medication from the menu.
After adding your prescription, you will need to assign it to an account. To assign a prescription to an account, click on the Assignment tab and select Assign Prescription from the menu. You can then select an account from which to assign the prescription.

How to update your details
If you have an account with NSW Health, then it's easy to keep your details up-to-date. Just follow the steps below to login and update your details:
1. Log in to the NSW Health Roster Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on 'My Details' on the left hand side of the screen.
3. You will see a list of all of your personal details, such as name, address, contact information and medical history. To update any of these details, simply click on the appropriate icon and fill in the new information.
