How to Use Your Nsc Patient Portal

4. On the Settings page, click on the "Access Rights" button. This will open the Access Rights window.
5. Click on the "Add User" button. This will open the Add User window.
6. Enter the user name and password for the person who will be accessing your patient portal from outside of your network (for example, a family member). Click on the "OK" button to save these settings.
7. You now need to assign access rights to this user so that they can access your patient portal content (for example, clinic appointments). To do this, click on the "User Roles & Permissions" button
