To login to the Northwest Dermatology Patient Portal, please go to www.northwestdermatology.com/patients and enter your patient number in the “Patient ID” field. This will take you to the “My Account” page. On this page, you will need to enter your password and click on the “Log In” button. You will then be taken to the main patient portal page.

How to get a prescription

How to track your treatment progress
If you are a Northwest dermatology patient, you can use the Patient Portal to track your treatment progress. The Patient Portal is a secure website that allows patients and their doctors to communicate electronically. You can access the Patient Portal by visiting northwestdermatology.org/patients/portal.
To sign in to the Patient Portal, you will need your Northwest ID number (found on your medical record or on their website) and your doctor's clinical email address. If you do not have these details, please contact your doctor. Once you have entered these details, click on the "Log In" button in the top left corner of the screen.
You will then be taken to a login screen. Enter your Northwest ID number and password and click "Log In." You will then be taken to the My Treatment page, where you can view information about your current treatment and track its progress.
The My Treatment page includes three tabs: Overview, Treatment Progress, and Treatment Summary. The Overview tab shows information about your treatment plan, including the type of treatment you are receiving and when it will start. The Treatment Progress tab lists each step of your treatment process, including the date, time, and type
