1. First, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
2. Next, open Adobe Acrobat Reader and click on the icon that looks like a document with a green ribbon.
3. In the opened menu, select File > Open.
4. Navigate to the folder where you saved your NCMA patient portal login information. Double-click on the file called “login.html” to open it.
5. At the top of the page, click on the link that says “Log In.” Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the “Log In” button to finish setting up your account!

Click the Log In link in the top left corner of the homepage. Enter your user name and password. You will then be taken to the main Patient Portal screen. On this screen, click on My Account in the top right corner. This will take you to the My Account screen. Underneath My Account, you will see my Profile link. Click on this link. 3. On the My Prescriptions page, click on Refill My Rx from the list on the left hand side of the page.
