North San Antonio Healthcare Associates Patient Portal is a patient portal that allows patients to view their health history, make appointments, and more. In this tutorial, we will show you how to login to the North San Antonio Healthcare Associates Patient Portal.
Login Instructions
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the North San Antonio Healthcare Associates Patient Portal. Logging in is simple and takes just a few minutes. Once you are logged in, please follow these steps to access your account:
1. Click on the "My Account" link located on the top of the homepage.
2. On the My Account page, enter your login name and password. Click on the "Log In" button to log in.
3. If you have not already done so, please click on the "My Profile" link located on the left side of the My Account page. This will open your profile page where you can update your contact information, health history, and more. You can also see important information about your account such as your account balance and recent activity logs.
4. If you would like to add or change any of your personal information (such as your email address), please click on the "Edit Profile" link located at the bottom of your profile page. Please note that some fields may require you to provide additional security information before they can be updated (such as a two-factor authentication code).
How to Use the Patient Portal
In order to use the North San Antonio Healthcare Associates Patient Portal, you will need to first create an account. You can do this by clicking on the “Create Account” link located in the top right corner of any page on the Patient Portal. After you have created your account, you will need to login. To login, please enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button. Using the Patient Portal
If you are a patient at North San Antonio Healthcare Associates, you can use the Patient Portal to access your medical records, schedule appointments and more. The Patient Portal is easy to use and you can navigate through it using your web browser. Here are the steps to login:
1. Start by visiting northsanantoniohealthcareassociates.com/patient-portal on your computer. You will need to enter your user name and password in order to log in. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact their Patient Relations department at 210-371-2528.
2. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. On this page, you will see a list of categories on the left-hand side of the screen and a list of topics on the right-hand side. The categories include: Medical History, Surgery Record, Laboratory Test Results, Pharmacy Records and Appointments. The topics include: My Health Record, Appointments, Bills & Payments, Messages & Notifications and My Photos.
