If you are having trouble logging in to your North Arkansas College Portal account, there are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue.
1. Make sure you have the correct email address associated with your portal account. The email address is located on the login screen and can also be found in your portal account’s settings. If you have changed your email address since logging in, please update your information in your portal account’s settings.
2. Double-check that you entered your login credentials correctly. To do this, click on the “Login” button on the main portal home page and enter your username and password. North Arkansas College Portal Navigation
If you are a current student, faculty, or staff member at North Arkansas College, then you have likely already logged in to the Portal. If not, please follow the instructions below to login:
First time logging in?
If you have never logged in to the Portal before, please follow these steps:
-Click on the "Login" link located in the top right corner of every page.
-Enter your username and password.
-If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and enter your email address where you registered for an account and we will send you a new password.
-If you are a current student, faculty, or staff member and have already registered for an account with NACC, then skip to step 4.
Current students:
If you are currently a student at North Arkansas College and have registered for an account with NACC, then simply enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on every page of the Portal.
How To Add or Edit a Course
If you're new to North Arkansas College, and need help logging in to your account, this guide will show you how. First, create an account by entering your name and email address in the forms on the homepage. Then, follow these steps to add or edit a course:
1. Click "My Courses" on the homepage.
2. To the right of each course, click "Manage My Courses."
3. On the Manage My Courses page, click "Add or Edit a Course."
4. Enter the following information:
-Course Title: Enter the course name you want to add or edit.
-Description: Enter a brief description of the course.
-Instructor: Enter the instructor's name if different from the course title.
-Start Date/Time: Select a start date and time for the course.
5. Click "Save Changes."
How to View Your Transcripts
If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account on the North Arkansas College Portal. Once you have created your account, click on the “Transcripts” tab on the left hand side of the home page. You will then be able to view all of your transcripts from North Arkansas College.
How to Change Your Email Address or Password
If you have forgotten your North Arkansas College Portal login information, or if you want to change your email address or password, follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to your portal account by clicking "Login" on the top right of any page.
2. Click on "My Account" in the main menu.
3. On the left side of the My Account screen, click on "Change Email Address or Password."
4. Enter your current email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Next."
5. Select the type of account you want to change your information for and click "Next."
6. Review your new information and click "Finish."
How to Print Your Transcripts
North Arkansas College offers a convenient and easy way to print your transcripts. Log into MyNACC and click on Transcripts. On the Transcripts page, select Print and follow the instructions. You can also print your transcripts online by clicking on the link in the email sent to you after you have registered for classes.
