How to sign up for an account
Creating an account is simple and free. You can sign up by clicking the "Sign Up" button at the top of this page. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login to view your account information and manage your rental history.

How to manage your account
If you are a Nittany Place Tenant, you can manage your account and access your units through the tenant portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.nittanyplace.com/login.aspx.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Log In.
4. You will be taken to the My Account page, where you can view your account information and manage your units.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever needed to update your contact information on Nittany Place, you are in luck! Below is a guide on how to login and update your contact information. You can also find other important information about their program on their Tenant Portal page.
First and foremost, you will need to login to your account on the Tenant Portal. Once you have logged in, click on the “My Profile” tab in the top left corner of the screen. From here, you will be able to access all of your account information, including your contact information. Simply click on the “Update Contact Information” button near the bottom of the My Profile page and fill out the required fields. Once you have completed this process, we will automatically populate your updated contact information in your My Profile page and on their Tenant Portal!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Click on the login button on the homepage of the website.
2. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your username and password.
3. If you have forgotten your username, please contact them at [email protected] and we will help you retrieve it. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address below and we will send you a link to reset it.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a page with all of the current blog posts. You can click on any of the posts to read them or leave a comment below.

How to report a problem
If you have a problem with your rental, please take a few minutes to report it. Doing so can help us resolve the issue quickly. The following steps will help you report a problem:
1. Log in to your account on the Nittany Place Tenant Portal.
2. Click on "My Rental" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. On the "My Rental" page, click on "Report a Problem."
4. In the "Report a Problem" form, please provide as much information as possible about your situation.
