Nisource, the largest independent publishing company in the United States, is looking for ways to improve its customer experience. One way it is doing this is by creating an Employee Portal that will allow employees to access their paychecks, leave balances, and more. To help employees with their login process, we have created a step-by-step guide.
How to login to Nisource Employee Portal
If you are an employee at Nisource and you have a user id and password, you can login to the Employee Portal using these steps:
1. Go to www.nisource.com/EmployeePortal and enter your user id (this is found on your employee identification card or on your Personnel File) and password.
2. Click the "Login" button to log in.
3. You will be taken to the main Employee Portal page. There, you will see all of your active accounts (e.g., work accounts, email addresses, etc.) listed under the "My Accounts" heading.
4. Click on an account to view its contents. For example, if you want to view your work email address, click on the "Email Address" link under the "My Accounts" heading.
How to adjust your password
If you have forgotten your Nisource password, you can reset it by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at www.nisource.com.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the right side of the page.
3. In the “My Account” section, click on “Change Password”.
4. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field and confirm it in the “Confirm New Password” field.
5. Click on “Reset Password” to reset your password and return to the login screen.
How to change your username
If you have forgotten your username, or need to change it for any reason, the following instructions will walk you through the process.
How to add or delete an email address
If you need to add or delete an email address, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Nisource Employee Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Profile" tab.
3. On the "My Profile" page, click on the "Email Address" heading.
4. On the "Email Address" page, enter the new email address in the "Email Address" text box and click on the "Save" button.
5. Click on the "My Profile" tab again and re-edit your profile information as needed.
How to view your account information
To view your account information, login to the Nisource Employee Portal. Once you are logged in, click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of all of your accounts on the site. To view information about an account, simply click on the name of the account. You will be taken to a page where you can view all of the information associated with that account.
How to cancel your subscription
If you decide that you no longer want to have Nisource delivered to your email inbox, you can cancel your subscription easily. Just head to nisource.com/cancel-subscription and enter your email address. You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation, and then your subscription will be cancelled.
