How to login to the Nielsen Employee Portal
If you are a current or former employee of Nielsen, you can login to the Employee Portal to manage your account and access your files.
To login, please click on the link in the email you received after joining the Employee Portal. The login screen will ask for your username and password.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on “Forgot Username or Password?” at the top right corner of the Employee Portal page.
2. Enter your username and password and click “Forgot Password?”. If you have not created a username, your email address will be used as your default username.
3. A message will appear confirming that your account has been created and requesting that you confirm your password. Click on “Confirm Password?” to log in to the Employee Portal.
How to manage your account
If you have an account with Nielsen, you can manage your account information and settings by logging in using your user name and password. To login, follow these steps:
1. In the upper-right corner of the homepage, click on the "Login" link.
2. Enter your user name and password in the fields that appear.
3. Click on the "Log In" button to confirm your login.
4. If you have multiple accounts with Nielsen, select the account that you want to use from the drop-down menu next to "User Name."
5. Click on the "Log In" button to confirm your login.
6. The main area of the portal will now display your current account information and settings. You can also manage your subscriptions and log out of the site at any time by clicking on the "Account" tab at the top of the page and selecting "Log Out."

2) Click on “My Teams” on the left-hand side of the screen.
3) Select your team from the list on the right-hand side of the screen.
4) Click on the “Profile” button next to each profile to view more information about that individual.
How to manage your team’s projects and data
With Nielsen Employee Portal, you can easily track the progress of your team’s projects and data. Here’s how to login:
1. First, sign in to your account at www.nielsen.com/nl/employee-portal/.
2. Click on the Projects tab.
3. Click on the project you want to manage.
4. On the left side of the page, under Team Members, click on Add New Member.
5. Enter the member’s name and email address, and click Add Member.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to your Employee Portal account, please try the following:
1. Open a web browser and navigate to nielsen.com/portal.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Click "Login." If you are still having trouble logging in, please click "Forgot your password?" under the login heading and type your user name and password into the provided fields.
