Newport Heart Patient Portal is a secure website designed to help patients and their families access their medical records, emergency contact information, and health information. If you are a patient or family member who needs to login to the website, follow these instructions.
How to login to the Newport Heart Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, or have not logged into the portal since it was created, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the link "Log In" located in the top right corner of the main portal page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. If you are a returning patient, please click on the link "My Profile" located in the top left corner of the main portal page and enter your login information.
How to find your account information
If you are a Newport Heart Patient, please follow these steps to login to your account:
1. Log in to your Patient Portal account using your email address and password.
2. Click on the My Account link on the left-hand toolbar.
3. You will see all of the information associated with your account, including your contact information and health history.
How to manage your account
To login to your account or manage your account settings, follow these steps:
1. From the home screen of the Newport Heart Patient Portal, tap the Menu icon and select Settings.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top of the Settings page to open your personal profile page.
3. Tap the Login link in the top right corner of your personal profile page.
4. Enter your username and password, and then tap Log In.
5. If you have a Google account, you can sign in with that account by clicking the Sign In link next to your username. Otherwise, enter your email address and password and then tap Log In.
6. You'll see a message confirming that you've been logged in successfully. If not, please check that you entered your username and password correctly and try again.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. If you have trouble logging in, please try these steps:
1. Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
2. Verify your email address by inputting it into the sign-in form at the top of the page.
3. Check that you are using the correct browser and computer.
4. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and that your computer has an active internet connection.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
To unsubscribe from email notifications, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Notifications" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Uncheck the box next to "Email Notifications."
3. Click on "Save Changes."
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to the Newport Heart Patient Portal, follow these steps:
-Go to the website and sign in.
-Click on the "My Account" tab located in the top left corner of the screen.
-Enter your username and password, and click on "Log In."
-Select "Patient Portal Login" from the list of options.
-Enter your patient number and click on "Login."
-You will be directed to a screen where you can report a problem.
