The Patient Portal is a secure online portal where patients and their families can access their medical information, history, and medications. In this article, we will show you how to login to the Patient Portal, and how to create a new account if you don’t have one yet.
How to create a Username and Password
To create a Username and Password for your New Patient Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Provider Portal.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on Settings in the top right corner of the screen.
4. In the Settings section, scroll down to the Login section and click on Login.
5. Enter your Username and Password into the appropriate fields and click on Save Changes.
How to use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a new way for patients to connect with their doctors and access their medical information. To use the Patient Portal, you will need your patient ID and password. You can find these items on your patient portal account page.
To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the Log In link on the top right of the page.
2. Enter your patient ID and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
3. You will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. On this page, you will see links to all of your doctor's pages, as well as links to important health information such as cancer screenings and diabetes education.
How to print or save your medical records
If you have a new patient portal account, you can print or save your medical records by clicking on the "My Medical Records" tab on the home page. You can also email or share your medical records with other healthcare providers.
How to communicate with your doctor
When you first visit your doctor, it's important to be able to communicate with them easily and effectively. The new patient portal is a great way to do this. By using the portal, you can easily access your medical history, medications, and more. Here are some steps on how to login and start using the portal:
1) Go to www.mydoctorportal.com
2) Enter your email address and password into the login form.
3) Click on the "My Profile" button on the right side of the page.
4) On the "My Profile" page, you will see all of your medical records. You can access these by clicking on the "Medical History" tab and then selecting a date range. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to find information quickly.
5) To view your medications, click on the "Medications" tab and select a drug from the list. You can also add or remove medications from your list by clicking on the "Add/Remove Medications" button.

How to get information about your medications
If you are a new patient at their clinic, one of the first things you will want to do is sign-in to your Patient Portal. This portal will give you easy access to your medical records as well as information about your medications. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to their Patient Portal page (https://clinic.medlinkbc.com/patientportal).
2. Click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will now be able to access all of your account information, including your medication history and refill requests!
How to update your contact information
If you have recently changed your contact information, or if you would like to update your contact information on the New Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. On the New Patient Portal home page, click the "My Account" link in the top left corner.
2. On the My Account page, under "Personal Info," click the "Contact Info" tab.
3. Enter your new address and phone number into the appropriate fields, and click "Update."
4. If prompted to create a username and password, enter your current patient ID (found on your medical record) and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Create User."
How to view/change your health insurance plan
If you are a new patient, you will need to create an account and login. You can view your health insurance plan by clicking on the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side of the homepage. You can also change your health insurance plan by clicking on the "My Plans" tab.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to the new patient portal, follow these steps:
1. Click “My Account” on the homepage of the new patient portal.
2. If you are having difficulty logging in because you do not have an account, click “Create an Account” and follow the instructions.
3. If you are having difficulty logging in because you are having trouble with your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” and enter your email address in the “I forgot my password” field and click “Submit Request.” A member of their team will email you a reset link.
