How to login to Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal
If you are a new patient or have not logged in for a while, please enter your login information below. You will need to create a new password if you have not done so in the past. If you have forgotten your login information, please call their office at (847) 464-9400 and their team will be happy to assist you.
If you are an existing patient, please click on the LOGIN link on the top right of their website. This will take you to their Patient Portal where you can access your account information, recent medical history and more.

Finding your account number
To login to the Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal, you will need your account number. To find your account number, go to the Patient Portal home page and select "My Account." On the My Account page, under "Your Profile," you will see your account number listed in the "Account Number" field.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, follow these instructions.
1. Log in to the Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Under “My Account Settings,” click on “Change Password.”
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on “Update Password.”
5. You are now logged in to the Patient Portal with the new password!
Adding or editing a medical record
If you have a medical record that you would like to add or edit, the Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal has all of the necessary tools. You can access your medical record by logging in with your clinic ID and password. You will then be able to add or edit your medical information.
Downloading your medical records
The Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal allows you to download your medical records in a variety of formats.
To download your records:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your login credentials.
2. Click on My Records on the left-hand menu.
3. On the My Records page, click on the Download button next to each record you would like to download.
4. Select the format you would like to download the record in and click the Download button.
Changing your primary care physician
Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal allows you to change your primary care physician. To do so, follow these steps:
1) Log into the Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal.
2) Click on My Profile on the top right hand corner of the screen.
3) On the My Profile page, click on Change Primary Care Provider.
4) In the Change Primary Care Provider window, click on the Select a Provider button.
5) Click on the link that says Find a New Primary Care Physician Near You.
6) In the Find a New Primary Care Physician Near You window, enter your zip code and click on the Find a Provider button.
7) A list of doctors will be displayed who are affiliated with Neurosurgical Associates.
8) Click on the provider that you would like to use as your new primary care physician.
9) After selecting your provider, click on the Update Profile button to save your changes.
Dealing with billing and insurance issues
To login to the Neurosurgical Associates Patient Portal, go to www.neurosurgicalassociates.com and click on the "Login" link at the top of the page. Enter your User ID and Password.
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of all of your accounts with Neurosurgical Associates. Click on the account that you would like to view billing and insurance information for.
On the billing and insurance tab, you will see a list of all of your medical bills, including payments received and outstanding balances. You will also be able to view your insurance coverage information, including information about any co-payments or deductibles that you may have incurred.
