How to login to Neocs Patient Portal
If you are a patient, or care giver, and need to login to the Neocs Patient Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the "Login" button on the top right hand side of the homepage.
2. Enter your user name and password in the respective fields and click "Log In."
3. You will be taken to the main Neocs Patient Portal page. On this page you will be able to view all of your appointments, medications, and health records.
How to find your Neocs Patient ID
First, you will want to log in to the Neocs Patient Portal by visiting http://www.neocs.com/patientportal/. Once you have logged in, you will be asked to create a new patient ID. To find your patient ID, click on the "My Account" tab and then select "My Profile." On the My Profile page, under "Personal Information," you will find your patient ID.
How to manage your account
If you're new to Neocs, or if you've forgotten your password, there are a few easy steps you can take to get back into your account. Once you have logged into Neocs, click on the "My Account" tab in the top left corner of the screen. From here, you can view all of your account information, including your login credentials. If you have forgotten your password, first enter your email address and then click on the "Forgot Password" link next to it. You will then be able to create a new password and receive a reset link.

How to cancel your account
If you need to cancel your account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Neocs Patient Portal. You can find this by searching for 'Neocs Patient Portal' on the web or clicking on this link: http://www.neocs.com/patient-portal
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page.
3. Under 'Cancel my account,' click on the 'Cancel My Account' button. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation by entering your email address and password. After you have confirmed your cancellation, your account will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to access it.
How to view your health history
If you have ever had an appointment at their Neocs Patient Portal, you may be wondering how to view your health history. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your portal account at neocs.com/myneocs. If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking the "Create Account" button on the home page of their portal.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "View My Health History." This will take you to a page where you can see all of your appointments and tests from their portal. You can also see details about any treatments that we have prescribed for you.
3. If you would like to print out a copy of your health history, just click on the "Print" button next to the "My Health History" tab.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "My Account" area of the Neocs Patient Portal.
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click "Next."
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click "Next."
5. Click on "Verify Email Address." The email will be sent to the address that you entered in Step 3. If it is not correct, please contact them at [email protected] and we will help you reset your password.
