NCS Parent Portal is an online portal that parents can use to keep track of their studentsβ progress and activities. In this article, we will show you how to login to NCS Parent Portal, so that you can start using it!
Overview of NCS Parent Portal
The NCSParentPortal is a web-based system that parents and guardians can use to manage their student's school records and attendance. Parents can also use the portal to view reports and grades, register for extra-curricular activities, pay school fees, and more. To login to the NCSParentPortal, parents must first create an account. Once they have created their account, they will need to enter their student's unique ID number or assigned school code.
Once parents have logged in, they will be able to access their student's record detail by clicking on the "My Students" tab on the main screen of the portal. This tab contains information such as: student name, ID number/school code, date of birth, grade level, current school district/location, enrollment status (full time or part time), and contact information. Parents can also use this tab to: view reports and grades for their student; enroll their student in extra-curricular activities; pay school fees; and more.

How to login to NCS Parent Portal
1. Log in to your NCS Parent Portal account at https://portal.ncsu.edu/login.
2. Click the My Account link on the top right corner of the page.
3. Under My Profile, click the Settings tab.
4. Under Login Options, enter your NC State NetID and password in the appropriate fields and click Save Changes.
5. Under My Profile, click the Login button to return to the main Parent Portal page.
6. You are now logged in to your Parent Portal account!
How to manage your account
If you are a parent and have an NCSC account, you can use the Parent Portal to manage your children's accounts. The Parent Portal is available at ncssc.com.
To access the Parent Portal, sign in to your NCSC account and click on the Parent tab. This will take you to the Parent Portal home page. On this page, you will see several buttons: My child's account, Edit my child's account, and Add my child's account.
To manage your child's account, follow these steps:
1. Click on My child's account. You will be taken to the My child's account home page.
2. On this page, you will see your child's name and profile picture next to their username and password fields. In addition, under My Child's Info, you will see the following information: My Child Has: -An NCSC ID -A student number -A course selection -A grade point average (GPA) -A list of classes and grades for each semester/term -A list of courses offered for upcoming semesters/terms -A list of university credits earned To view or change any of this information, click on the corresponding link
Using the NCS Parent Portal
The NCS Parent Portal provides parents with access to important student information and resources. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the NCS Parent Portal login button on the home page of the portal.
2. Fill out the required fields and click submit.
3. You will be redirected to the login page for your student(s). Note: You must have a valid school account in order to access your student's records.
